Michael H. Bork
Michael is CEO and founder of hillpoint partners and has over 25 years of experience in private equity. He was previously a founding member of Equistone Partners Europe and on the investment committee of Barclays Private Equity. Michael was responsible for approximately EUR 11bn of fund capital at its peak and was involved in approximately 300+ deals.

Florian is an Investment Manager at hillpoint partners and has extensive experience in supporting the transformation of medium-sized companies and structuring complex financings. Previously, he was a manager at FTI-Andersch, specialising in financing, corporate planning, operational transformation and M&A.
